As a courtesy to all, we ask that 24 hours notice be given if you need to cancel or change your appointment with us. 48 hours notice will be required for package and group bookings. For cancellations with less than specified notification, guests will be charged 50% of the treatment fee on their next visit. For no-shows, the full treatment fee will be charged.
Customers will also need to leave their credit card / gift certificate information when making group or package bookings.
In addition to personal checks and cash, we also accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover & American Express.
Gratuity cannot be added onto a credit card.
